Successful second Kalms Consulting roadshow to China – Kalms Consulting welcomes its new team member Dennis Wilkens

Kalms Consulting is happy to announce that Dennis Wilkens has joined our team of experts. Dennis is an expert in the Chinese market and will support our clients to establish working relationships with Chinese firms, as well as bringing international products and services into china, as well as exporting them from China. His experience includes guiding the market access of western medical device companies into the Chinese Healthcare market; as well as assisting innovative, research-orientated, Chinese companies to enter the German Healthcare market. His wide range of experience includes Regulatory Affairs Guidance, Strategy Development, Local Business Development & Marketing, M&A, and Licencing.

Dennis Wilkens holds the degree of “Diplom-Kaufmann”, the German equivalent to a master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg. Dennis speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, as well as English and German. His work experience in China includes having been the Head of the Department for Industry and Technology for German Industry of Commerce in Beijing (German Chamber/AHK).

Our second roadshow took us to Beijing and Shanghai in June / July, meeting with various important players in the Chinese med tech and life science market; such as distributors and investors. The interest of distributors and investors for new and innovative products, capital goods, expensive disposables and consumables is still growing.
