Ignasi Vivas has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operational management, launch implementation, P&L management and market and business development primarily for US based companies. Ignasi possesses an in-depth knowledge of the global health care industry, with excellent key opinion leader relationships around the world.
Ignasi has worked and lead public and private (Venture Capital or Private Equity backed) companies on a global basis. Over the past ten years, he has held VP or CEO positions in companies such as Angiodynamics, Lifecell, Acelity, Oncovision and Tepha Inc. Prior to that, he held multiple positions across different markets at American Medical Systems.
As a Senior Consultant he enjoys a hands-on approach helping clients unleash market opportunities across different markets though its profound knowledge of the medical device industry as well as the different global health care systems.
Ignasi holds a dual degree in Pharmacy and Optometry by the University of Barcelona and an MBA by the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill (USA).
