IVDR im Fokus: European union flag against parliament in BrusselsSeit Mai 2017 ist die neue EU-Verordnung über In-vitro-Diagnostika 2017/746 in Kraft und ersetzt die bisherige EU-Richtlinie (98/79/EG). Nach 5-jähriger Übergangsphase wird sie in rund zweieinhalb Jahren für alle In-vitro-Diagnostika Hersteller und die Wirtschaftsakteure in der EU bindend sein mit weitreichenden Konsequenzen und Herausforderungen.

„IVDR im Fokus: Vorbereitung und kritische Fragen“

ein. Es wird Vorträge zu den neuesten Entwicklungen aus folgenden Themenbereichen geben:

  • Der neue Rechtsrahmen aus Durchführungssicht
  • OEM-PLM-Konstellationen und Laboratory developed tests (LDTs)
  • UDI und EUDAMED
  • Essenzielle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und –berichte

Dabei steht die praktische Umsetzung der IVDR für Hersteller im Vordergrund. Unterstützt wird die Veranstaltung durch Beiträge von BSI und dem Auftragsforschungsunternehmen TRIGA-S.

Die Veranstaltung findet am 20.09.2019 von 9:30 – 15 Uhr in den Räumlichkeiten von TaylorWessing in der Ebertstraße 15 in 10117 Berlin statt. Sie ist kostenfrei, findet in deutscher Sprache statt und bietet eine Plattform für Lösungs-orientierte Diskussionen.

Since May 2017, the new EU Regulation on In-vitro diagnostics 2017/746 has been in effect, replacing the previous EU directive (98/79/EC). In 2022, after a 5-year transition period, it will be binding for all in-vitro diagnostics manufacturers and economic players in the EU, with far-reaching consequences and challenges.

There will be presentations on the latest trends of the following topics:

– The new regulatory framework from an implementation perspective

– OEM-PLM constellations and Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs)

– Essential safety measures and reports

The focus of the event is on the practical implementation of IVDR requirements for manufacturers. The event will be supported by contributions from BSI and the contract research company TRIGA-S.

The event will take place on 20.09.2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the premises of TaylorWessing at Ebertstraße 15, 10117 Berlin. This free of charge event will take place in German and offer a platform for solution-oriented discussions.
